- Blaine Cook - President and CEO [+]Blaine leads our business operations and is responsible for new business and corporate strategy. Strong Entrepreneurial instincts, technical expertise and creative marketing skills have earned Blaine and his company recognition throughout his career. Blaine has demonstrated the ability to assemble peer teams and strategic alliances to construct and effectuate successful new enterprises and turn around opportunities. In addition to his professional duties, Blaine has an extensive history as an international conference speaker and teacher on a variety of topics. He holds a BA from the University of California in Pomona, California, majoring in Finance, and has accrued credit toward an MBA from that same institution.
- Terry Condren - Chief Operations Officer [+]Terry works closely with Blaine in business development and overall corporate strategy and business operations. He has an extensive career of developing enterprises, bringing with him over thirty-five years of development and leadership experience in Information Technology. Mr. Condren has been the central architect and designer of rules-centered applications development, and business-centered object-oriented data strategies, as well as managed the development of large business application systems. Terry has had key roles in the implementation of new client/server and multi-tier Internet technologies for transportation companies, and has designed and implemented operational systems for large startup concerns, like Polar Air Cargo, as well as serving in both development and management roles in more established companies, including Federal Express, Burlington Air Express, and Flying Tigers. His career also includes consulting positions with TransAmerica Insurance, and California Federal Savings and Loan. Along with his professional duties, Mr. Condren also serves as an adjunct professor, teaching both graduate and undergraduate courses in systems analysis and design, data systems and database design, and information systems management. Mr. Condren holds a BA from the University of Arkansas, and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
- Derek Miller - Director of Underwriting [+]Derek is responsible with overseeing the processing of all policies currently under management by Seven Hills, and the acquisition of all pertinent and required life settlement information for any possible sales. Derek has helped to augment their policy management through installment of a proprietary software tracking and management program that allows for reliable policy data analysis and a discrete tracking system of the insureds. In addition to his underwriting duties, Derek also helps in the acquisition of policies, and in maintaining excellent relations with investors whom have trusted the care of their policies to Seven Hills. Derek holds a BS degree from the California State University, Long Beach.
- Mike Lutterloh - Director of Servicing & Fraud Detection [+]Mike is responsible to oversee all processes relating to the servicing of all policies currently under management by Seven Hills. Mike brings extensive experience managing complex systems and relationships with various Insurance Carriers. Mike also helps in the acquisition of policies, and in maintaining excellent relations with investors whom have trusted the care of their policies to Seven Hills. Moreover, he oversees the processing of all contracts and works with employees to make sure everyone has received the required Anti-Fraud training crucial to virtually all aspects of Seven Hills transactions. Mike holds a BS degree in Criminal Justice from the California State University, Los Angeles.
